During the meeting, a detailed review of center-sponsored schemes and center-sector schemes was also done with all concerned scheme nodal officers of the state.
Haryana agriculture and farmers’ welfare minister, OP Dhankar on Wednesday said that foodgrain production in the state is expected to increase with the over 50 per cent increase in Minimum Support Price (MSP) of Kharif crops.
Addressing the officers after launching the website of Haryana State Warehousing Corporation at Panchkula today, the minister said in 2017, there was 50 years record production of wheat and paddy in the state.
The Haryana State Warehousing Corporation has been made the Nodal Agency to ensure storage of crops in a scientific manner.

Congratulating the officers for the launch of the website of the Corporation, the Minister said that this would facilitate in providing information to people of various schemes of the corporation.
He said that information has been posted on the dashboard of the website such as purchase of crop residue management tools, subsidy being given for establishing Custom Hiring Centres, purchase of crops, capacities of godowns and their use, physical verification of stock and management of outstanding recovery.
Meanwhile, presiding over review meeting, Dhankar directed the officers to ensure purchase of crops of farmers registered under the Yojana through Hafed or any other agency in case they find no buyer in the mandis.
